PMS Plastics has been Reconditioning and upgrading second hand machinery from the very beginning and we are well known in the industry as a supplier of Machinery to companies that don’t want to outlay huge Capital or don’t have the production capacity requirements for a New Machine. Our Reconditioned machines are fully guaranteed with all the back up after sales service and parts availability as with our new Machines which we supply.
We are extremely proud that we have assisted small start-up entrepreneurs over the years with reconditioned machines and who now run well established Factory’s with our new machines!
We also take in customers old machines for reconditioning or upgrading to PLC Systems.
Our workshops are equipped to do pump & motor testing, overhauling and repairs.
We have supplied machines from 15 Ton up to 3000 Ton, Robotics, conveyors, mixers, dryers….to name a few.
We have been through very trying times over the last 32 years, from the fluctuating Rand & economy to our erratic Government causing our Country to be downgraded causing confidence to hit all-time lows
The worst being load shedding! There is possibly nothing worse in the Plastics Industry than load shedding and electric surges. The instability of our electricity supply in South Africa is daunting and costly, it can take hours to get production up and running again and hopefully there is no damage to the electronic boards on the machines. This is costly and unnecessary and the reality is that we as South Africans have come to just accept these things because what other choice do we have?
Well, we do! PMS Plastics is now supplying UPS systems specifically designed for Injection Moulding Machines which will prevent spikes going through the electronics of the machine!
Our staff are trained on all our Brands and our Suppliers are there to support us through Sales, Service and breakdowns
